On your One home screen, tap Transfer. You can withdraw using GCash, Maya, and InstaPay — the Transfer screen shows the options for your account.
Steps
- Tap Transfer.
- Choose your destination and enter the account details.
- Enter the amount.
- Review and confirm.
Your withdrawal goes to the account you chose. If there's any fee, the app shows it on the confirmation screen before you confirm. For a bank, the Transfer screen also shows an estimate of when it arrives before you confirm.
The list of banks isn't the same for every account, so choose one from the list your app shows. If a withdrawal to one of your saved banks is refused before anything is sent, choose another bank from your list, or GCash or Maya.
What you can withdraw
Withdrawals draw from your available cash balance. Your One Bonus — the referral reward — is for spending with your card and isn't part of your withdrawable balance; the app shows which is which.
If your withdrawal hasn't arrived
Check the destination account details you entered. If the transfer still hasn't shown up on the receiving end after the usual window, message us in the app with the amount and date so we can look into it.
