On your One home screen, tap Top-up to open Add money. You can top up using QR Ph, GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and PESONet — the Add money screen shows the options for your account.
Pay by QR code
- Tap Top-up and open your QR code.
- Tap Share QR code to save it to your phone.
- In GCash, Maya or your bank app, choose to pay by QR and upload the code.
- Enter the amount and confirm.
Use your account details
- Tap Top-up and open your account details.
- Tap Copy or share account details.
- In your bank or e-wallet app, choose bank transfer and paste in the details shown.
- Enter the amount and confirm.
If Add money asks for the amount first
On some accounts, Add money asks for the amount first, then shows a QR code made for that one deposit, with the time it expires.
- Enter the amount and continue.
- In GCash, Maya or any QR Ph bank or e-wallet, pay that QR code before the time shown on it.
- For your next deposit, make a new QR code from Add money. Never pay a code that has expired; make a new one instead.
If you leave the QR screen before paying, open the pending top-up in your activity and tap Show QR code to get the same code back while it hasn't expired. If you've already paid it, don't pay it again, even if Show QR code is still there for a few minutes: your payment is being added to your balance.
Timing and fees
If there's any fee, the app shows it on the confirmation screen before you confirm. We'll notify you as soon as your money is ready, so you don't need to keep the app open.
If your money hasn't arrived
Check that the transfer completed successfully in GCash, Maya or your bank app, and that it was sent from an account in your own name. If it still hasn't shown up in One after the usual window, message us in the app and we'll look into it — don't send the transfer again in the meantime.
