Can I take my money out whenever I want?

Yes. There's no holding period and no penalty for withdrawing. You keep the yield you've already been paid.

What happens if you change the rate?

The rate is variable and may change at any time. Any change applies from the date it takes effect, and yield you've already earned isn't affected. You can always see the current rate in the app.

Is my money protected?

If a security issue or system error on our side causes an eligible loss, Balance Protection is designed to put the money back. The terms set out what counts.
