  1. In One, tap Add money and open your QR.
  2. Tap Share QR code to save it to your phone.
  3. In GCash, Maya or your bank app, choose to pay by QR and upload it.
  4. Enter the amount and confirm.

  1. In One, tap Add money and open your account details.
  2. Tap Copy or share account details.
  3. In GCash, Maya or your bank app, choose Bank transfer and paste your details.
  4. Enter the amount and confirm.

Free from GCash and Maya. Other banks and e-wallets may charge their own fee. Up to ₱50,000 arrives instantly through InstaPay; larger amounts go through PESONet and usually arrive the same banking day if sent before your bank's cut-off, otherwise the next banking day.

  2. Tap Send to other banks / e-wallets.
  3. Add your recipient's bank or e-wallet details.
  4. Add the amount and tap Send.

Questions about transfers

Is sending money really free?

Yes. Sending to other One users and to any bank or e-wallet is free, and so is topping up from GCash or Maya. Other banks and e-wallets may charge their own top-up fee.

How long does it take?

Sending to another One user is instant. Transfers to banks and e-wallets go through InstaPay and arrive instantly, up to ₱50,000 each. Top-ups up to ₱50,000 arrive instantly through InstaPay; larger top-ups go through PESONet.

Are there limits?

Yes. Sending to other One users has daily and weekly limits, and you'll see yours in the app. Each transfer to a bank or e-wallet can be up to ₱50,000, InstaPay's limit.
