Every Uno account in Mexico comes with its own CLABE. Send a SPEI transfer to it from your bank app, and the money goes straight to your Uno balance.
Use your CLABE
- In Uno, tap Add money and open your account details.
- Tap Copy or share account details.
- In your bank app, make a SPEI transfer to your CLABE.
- Enter the amount and confirm.
No Uno fees to top up; your bank may charge its own. SPEI transfers usually arrive in minutes. Send to your CLABE, not to your card number.

Questions about transfers
Is sending money really free?
Yes. Sending to other Uno users and to any bank account is free, and Uno doesn't charge you to top up. Your bank may charge its own fee for a SPEI transfer.
How long does it take?
Sending to another Uno user takes seconds. SPEI transfers to and from your bank usually arrive within minutes.
What's a CLABE?
It's the 18-digit number that identifies a bank account in Mexico. Your Uno account has its own, so any bank can send money to it.
Are there limits?
Yes. Transfers have daily and weekly limits, and you'll see yours in the app.
