Why didn't a purchase earn cashback?

Cashback applies at selected stores and categories. Money transfers, gift cards and cash-like purchases don't earn, and neither do purchases after you reach your weekly or monthly limit.

How do I get a higher rate?

Invite friends: each one who signs up with your invite code raises your rate.

Cashback is earned on eligible purchases at eligible stores. Eligibility depends on the store's category and may change. Rates, limits and mechanics may change at any time; check the app for the latest.
