Fees and limits

The app shows any fee before you confirm. A few limits apply so we can keep the app safe — you'll see your own in the app.

Fees

The app shows any fee on the confirmation screen before you confirm — for adding, sending and withdrawing money alike.

Limits

Adding, sending and withdrawing money each have their own daily and weekly limits, and they can depend on how you move money — QR Ph, GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and PESONet to add, GCash, Maya, and InstaPay to send or withdraw. Open Limits in your profile — the app always shows your current limits, along with your cashback limits.

Limits work on a rolling window rather than resetting at a fixed time — once you're near a limit, it opens back up gradually as your earlier activity ages out of the window, rather than all at once at midnight or on a set day.

If a deposit or transfer is blocked

If an attempt to add money is blocked, nothing was taken from your account — the attempt simply didn't go through. Wait for the window to reset before trying again; retrying right away won't help and can push the reset further out.
