How to send money with One

Tap Transfer on your home screen to send money to anyone.

Send to another One user

  1. Tap Transfer.
  2. Type their name, @username or phone number in the search field.
  3. Tap them in the results.
  4. Enter the amount and confirm.

On older versions of the app, choose Send to a One user after tapping Transfer, then find them by username or phone number.

Send to someone without One yet

You can still send them money by phone number, a shareable link, or a QR code they scan with their camera. The money is waiting for them once they sign up and open the app — there's nothing more for you to do in the meantime.

Send to a bank or e-wallet

  1. Tap Transfer.
  2. Tap an account you've already saved under Banks & e-wallets, or tap Add at the top and choose E-wallet or Bank account.
  3. For a new account, enter its details.
  4. Enter the amount and confirm.

On older versions of the app, choose Send to a bank or e-wallet after tapping Transfer.

You can send this way using GCash, Maya, and InstaPay — the Transfer screen shows the options for your account. Sending to another One user needs no bank or e-wallet at all.

Limits

Sending money has its own daily and weekly limits. You'll see yours in the app under Limits.
