Financial Product Disclosures and Consents

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

These Financial Product Disclosures and Consents (the "Consents") apply when you apply, prequalify, register interest, continue an application, or otherwise request to be considered for a financial product, card-linked feature, or similar regulated or risk-evaluated feature made available through Uno.

By proceeding with an application or selecting an acceptance checkbox, button, or similar confirmation, you agree to these Consents.

1. Purpose and Scope

These Consents describe how Uno and its partners may review your application, evaluate eligibility, and support account opening, servicing, reporting, and related account management for one or more financial products or related features.

These Consents apply in addition to the Uno Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific or partner-specific disclosures or agreements shown to you during or after the application process.

2. Application and Eligibility Review

You authorize Standard Economics, Corp. ("Uno") and its affiliates, service providers, partners, issuers, processors, servicers, and assignees to:

  • Receive and review the information you submit in connection with your application
  • Verify, supplement, and use that information to evaluate eligibility, risk, fraud, servicing needs, compliance, and account suitability
  • Contact you regarding your application, status, follow-up requirements, approval, denial, servicing, account obligations, or related matters

You understand that Uno may approve, decline, condition, delay, or discontinue an application at any time, subject to applicable law.

3. Financial History and Eligibility Information

You authorize Uno and its partners, where relevant and permitted by law, to obtain, verify, use, and share information about your financial history and related eligibility information.

This may include:

  • Consumer or commercial reports, including credit reports where relevant
  • Scores or score attributes, including credit-based scores where relevant
  • Payment history
  • Account ownership or account status information
  • Income, employment, or cash flow information
  • Linked account, transaction, or settlement information where you separately authorize access
  • Identity, fraud, device, or behavioral risk signals
  • Other financial history or alternative data used for eligibility review

You understand that one or more reporting agencies, data providers, financial institutions, and service providers may provide information to Uno or its partners in connection with your application and, where applicable, ongoing account review.

4. Identity, Compliance, and Partner Sharing

You authorize Uno and its partners to conduct identity verification, fraud screening, sanctions screening, anti-money laundering review, device or account risk review, and related compliance checks before, during, and after the application process where permitted by law and reasonably related to the product.

You agree to provide any additional information or documentation reasonably requested to complete those checks.

You authorize Uno to share application and account information with partners and service providers involved in:

  • Identity verification
  • Compliance and fraud review
  • Eligibility or approval review
  • Transaction processing and settlement
  • Account issuance or servicing
  • Reporting, collections, dispute handling, and customer support

These partners may include issuing banks, card program managers, settlement providers, compliance vendors, reporting agencies, risk vendors, and other regulated or operational service providers used to deliver the relevant product.

5. Electronic Delivery and Communications

You consent to receive application-related notices, decisions, disclosures, adverse action notices, reminders, and other related communications electronically, to the extent permitted by law.

If you open or activate a product, additional partner or product-specific E-Sign, account, card, servicing, or disclosure documents may apply and will govern the matters described in those documents.

If you do not consent to electronic delivery where required, you may be unable to continue or use the relevant product.

You authorize Uno and its partners, where permitted by law, to contact you regarding your application, account, balances, due dates, missed or returned payments, support matters, and servicing matters through:

  • In-app messages
  • Email
  • Push notifications
  • SMS or text messages
  • Phone calls or voicemail
  • Other electronic channels you provide or enable

Marketing communications remain subject to separate consent or opt-out rights where required by law.

6. Account Performance, External Reporting, and Recovery

You understand and agree that, where permitted by law and applicable to the product, Uno or its partners may report information about your application, account, balances, payment history, missed or late payments, defaults, settlements, or related account performance to reporting agencies, including credit bureaus where relevant.

You understand that missed or late payments may affect your eligibility profile or future eligibility for financial products.

If you are approved for and use a financial product, and you fail to satisfy your obligations, you understand that Uno or its partners may engage in lawful servicing, collections, recovery, charge-off, legal enforcement, or other remedial activity permitted by the applicable product terms and applicable law.

This may include fees, costs of collection, legal proceedings, setoff, collateral realization, or other rights described in the applicable product terms, account disclosures, or partner documents.

7. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an application, completing account setup, or receiving a prequalification or marketing message does not guarantee:

  • Approval
  • A particular product
  • A specific limit, term, price, or feature
  • Ongoing availability of the product
  • Continued eligibility after approval

Uno and its partners may impose additional conditions, request further information, or withdraw an offer before activation or use, subject to applicable law.

8. Accuracy and Ongoing Effect

You certify that all information you provide in connection with your application is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

You agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete before your application is completed or while a related account remains open, if required by the product.

These Consents remain effective:

  • While your application is pending
  • For any period reasonably necessary to complete review and account setup
  • After account opening to the extent necessary for servicing, reporting, collections, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, account review, or other lawful business purposes related to the product
